György Halbauer

György Halbauer started their work experience as an Engineer at Budapest Metro Line4 - Bamco Kkt., where they were responsible for managing the approval procedure of construction drawings and documentations for the tunneling and associated works of Budapest Metro line4. György also maintained contact between designers, authorities, engineers, and the supervisor, as well as completed as-built documentation.

In 2012, they joined Fémalk Zrt. and took on various roles, including NPI Project Manager, Head of Project Management Department, and most recently, Head of Project and Supply Chain Management. In their role as NPI Project Manager, they were responsible for the introduction of all-new Tier1 BMW products, managing projects from the development phase through prototype and series production. György had regular contact with BMW's Research and Development Center, led a cross-functional project team, defined milestones, managed production equipment and tooling, and monitored project costs. György completed 115 BMW projects with an annual turnover of €30 million.
