Tóth Ildikó

Tóth Ildikó is the current HR & Communications Manager at Fémalk. Ildikó has over 20 years of experience in human resources and accounting.

Ildikó began their career as Chief Accountant / Payroll & HR Administration Manager at Bourns, Inc. in 1998. Tóth then became Ajkai Elektronikai Kft's HR Manager in 2008 before taking on the role of Deputy HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner at Continental from 2011 to 2015. Most recently, Ildikó served as Head of HR - Greenfield plant at SMP Automotive Global from 2016 to 2019.

In their current role at Fémalk, Ildikó is responsible for leading and coordinating all human resources and communication activities. Under their guidance, the company has been able to effectively attract, develop, and retain top talent. Additionally, they have played a key role in improving employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Thanks to their efforts, Fémalk is now seen as an employer of choice in the region.
