Nicolas Caron

Nicolas Caron is a Doctorant at Institut FEMTO-ST since December 2022, focusing on the construction of artificial intelligence models for predicting natural disasters. Previously, Nicolas worked as an Ingénieur d’études, where the emphasis was on developing an AI model for predicting the risk of natural area fires. Earlier experience includes a role as a Développeur R&D at ECA Group and a position at Institut de Mécanique Céleste et de Calcul des Ephémérides (IMCCE) as an Ingénieur de recherche et développement python, responsible for rewriting the CAVIAR astrometric reduction software in Python. Additionally, Nicolas served as a Développeur C++ at Orasis-EAR. Educational background includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Computer Science from EPITA, completed in 2022, and a brief period of study at Sapienza Università di Roma in 2019.
