Andy Antonelli is an accomplished executive in research and development, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Research & Development at FemtoMetrix, Inc. since December 2025, following a successful tenure at Onto Innovation as Vice President and Fellow in the Metrology Business Unit. Antonelli's extensive experience includes significant roles at companies such as Lam Research, Intel Corporation, and Novellus Systems, where responsibilities ranged from managing R&D operations and cultivating customer relationships to leading innovative research in semiconductor technologies.
