Darren McGuire

Born and raised in Allentown, PA, Darren McGuire moved to Los Angeles from Brooklyn, NY in 2010. Upon arrival, he began the Bass Performance Bachelor degree program at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, graduating in 2013 as a recipient of the Outstanding Student Award.

With a professional career spanning two decades, Darren’s work in music has come on 7 different instruments in the recording studio, teaching, live onstage, and in songwriting. He has toured all over the United States and performed on cruise ships internationally, always happily playing Fender basses!
