Amine Rhord

Amine Rhord has extensive experience in the field of user experience design and product development. They currently work as a Lead Product Designer at Fenergo, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Amine worked at Sentinels as a Lead Product Designer, where they were responsible for designing product experiences until March 2023 when it was acquired by Fenergo.

Before joining Sentinels, Amine held the position of Senior UX Product Designer at Pegasystems from July 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they played a crucial role in making software development and data utilization more efficient and effective for enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Amine led the design of the AI & Machine learning platform and initiated research and vision definition for the AI & analytics platform.

In addition to their professional roles, Amine also has experience teaching and mentoring students in UX/UI design as a Student Teacher & Mentor at Springboard from April 2020 to August 2021.

Prior to their roles at Pegasystems and Springboard, Amine worked as a Senior UX Designer at ING from October 2017 to August 2018. Their responsibilities included designing the user experience for online banking and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Amine also has experience as a Lead Product Designer at Cupenya, a Senior Interaction Designer at Novility, and a 3D Designer at Plymovent. They have additionally worked as a Service Designer at Vestia and as an Editor at Urban Connect.

Throughout their career, Amine has demonstrated skills in leading product design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, facilitating workshops, and creating design templates. They have also been recognized for their design work, winning the TMC CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award for the Ethical Bias Check feature at Pegasystems.

Amine Rhord earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology, starting in 2003 and graduating in 2009. In 2007, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Design for Interaction at the same university, completing it in 2011. During their studies, they also attended Leiden University in 2008 for a philosophy course. In 2010 and 2011, Amine Rhord participated in the Moroccan Dutch Leadership Institute's Leadership Academy. Additionally, in January 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) v8.4 from Pearson VUE. Before their university education, Amine Rhord attended St Nicolaas Lyceum Amsterdam from 1997 to 2003, where they achieved their VWO diploma with a specialization in "Profiel Natuur & Techniek."
