Aoife White

Aoife White is currently the People Transformation Compensation & Systems CoE Lead at Fenergo. Prior to this role, they worked at EY as a Manager and Senior People Advisory Consultant, focusing on helping clients integrate their people agenda into their business strategy. Before EY, they were a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte where they advised clients on talent and organisational priorities. Additionally, they have experience as a Development Engineer at Corcom, managing construction projects. Aoife holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Michael Smurfit School of Business, a BE(Hons) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University College Cork, and completed a study abroad program in Civil Engineering at UC Irvine.
