Wayne Nolan

Wayne Nolan has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Wayne began their career at Misys in 2012 as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for testing new features and maintaining test cases. In this role, they also investigated and explained failed automation tests and validated bug fixes. Wayne then moved on to become a QA Performance Engineer at Misys, starting in August 2014. In this position, they created and maintained test scripts using PowerShell, utilized PL/SQL to retrieve data from the database, and created scripts to obtain statistics on the database's composition. Wayne joined Fenergo in 2015, initially as a QA Automation Engineer, and later transitioned to the role of .Net Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Lead at Fenergo.

Wayne Nolan obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering and Database Technologies from the University of Galway, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at Maynooth University, from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Wayne also holds a certification in BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB Certification Institute.
