Pooja Arya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pooja is currently the Head of Digital Contact Centre at Fenice Energy. Prior to this role, they worked as the Lead for Channel and Opportunity Lifecycle Management at TATA Power from 2020 to 2022. Before joining TATA Power, Pooja was the Key Account Manager for Rooftops at Tata Power Solar Systems Limited from 2013 to 2020. Pooja also had a brief stint as a Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank in 2013. Pooja started their career at Tata International Limited as a Manager for Trading from 2010 to 2012. Pooja gained valuable experience as a Summer Trainee at Castrol India Ltd in 2009 and as an Engineer Trainee at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2008.

Pooja Arya's education history includes obtaining an MBA-IB degree in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade from 2008 to 2010. Pooja also pursued a B.E (Hons) degree in Electronics and Communication from Laxmi Narain College of Technology from 2003 to 2007.
