David started as a Graduate Trainee at MDS Ltd, where David completed a 2-year Operational Management Graduate Scheme. David then moved on to work as a Vegetative Propagation Assistant at Maelor Forest Nurseries Ltd and as a Manufacturing Support at Fenmarc Produce. Additionally, David had successful secondments at Morrisons, where David worked as both an Operations Team Manager and an NPD Assistant. David has demonstrated skills in operational management, reporting, forecasting, and driving operational cost-saving projects.
