Juha Herrainsilta

Juha Herrainsilta is an experienced business development manager currently leading the operational development for corporate customers at Fennia since December 2018. Juha has a strong background in sales management and strategic process improvements, having held various leadership roles including Group Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and Sales Director within the insurance sector. In addition to work at Fennia, Juha is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Muutosavain Oy, focusing on coaching for enhanced interpersonal skills and self-confidence. Previous experience includes entrepreneurial roles and a career beginning in customer service and sales at If Insurance and Danske Bank. Juha holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Insurance and has pursued further education in organizational leadership and pedagogics.
