Minna Schrey-Hyppänen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy, People, and Communications Officer at Fennia since February 2024, Minna previously held the position of Interim Human Resources Director at CHERRY, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives for Indoor Group. Minna's career spans senior roles at renowned companies, such as Caverion, Uponor, UPM, and Nokia, where contributions included modernizing HR functions and driving strategic transformations across various sectors. Minna holds dual master's degrees in Telecommunications, Innovation & Marketing and Organizations and Management, along with a certification as a Board Member.
