Stephen Toland

Stephen Toland is currently the Head of the FBFK Austin Office at Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC, specializing in White Collar and Regulatory Law, Data Privacy and Security Law. With a background in Criminal Defense and Federal Criminal Defense as a Partner at Peek & Toland Law Firm and owning Toland Law Firm PC, Stephen also has experience as a Trial Attorney in the Texas Office of Attorney General. Stephen holds a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law, a Master of Science in Communications from Mississippi College, and a BA in History from Tulane University.
