Finlay MacLennan

Finlay MacLennan is an experienced Ship Delivery Manager at Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) Limited since March 2021, previously serving as a Sales Executive at Arnold Clark from August 2016 to February 2021. With a substantial background at BAE Systems Naval Ships, MacLennan held the position of Ship/Block Manager for over 21 years, overseeing operations and production for a workforce of up to 400 during peak periods, and managing project performance metrics. Additionally, MacLennan served as Ship Manager for RFA Mountsbay, responsible for all aspects of build activities and health and safety until client handover. Finlay MacLennan earned a Full City & Guilds in Sheet Metal Technology/Sheetworking from Clydebank Technical College, following O Grades from Waverley secondary school.
