We've raised $30M+ to date and are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Greylock, and QED. Located in SF, NYC, Austin, and Bangalore, we're looking to expand our 35+ person team to build the future of eCommerce!

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical leadership and vision in a widely scoped engineering team
  • Oversee and participate in the development of customer-facing products, focused on increasing the engagement from our customers.
  • Balancing a long-term vision with a high-impact and iterative roadmap.
  • Be extremely hands on and jump in wherever required
  • Coordinate with stakeholders both within engineering as well as other departments to align efforts and drive business outcomes
  • Lead mission-critical projects
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Coach and mentor engineers at different levels to achieve their career goals
  • Review technical specs

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience building software products with 2+ years of technical leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience building products using various backend and frontend technologies
  • Strong product sense and able to make decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects
  • Proven experience in hiring and managing engineers
  • Excellent at cross-functional collaboration, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners
  • Has spent time at a startup company (< 100 people)
  • Opinionated and correct about which technologies to use, when, and why
  • Strong written and verbal communication
