Sihle Khanyile has extensive experience in diesel mechanics, currently serving as a Diesel Mechanic at Fermel (Pty) Ltd since May 2020. Prior to this role, Sihle worked at Hitachi Construction Machinery S.A. from March 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading projects on Hitachi dump trucks, completing warranty rebuilds for various mines, and performing service and maintenance on a range of heavy mobile equipment. Sihle's career began as an Apprentice to Qualified Diesel Mechanic at Richards Bay Minerals from May 2010 to May 2013, working on maintenance for heavy machinery, and earlier as a Motor Mechanic Assistant at Ritchie Auto Motors from July 2006 to April 2010, primarily focusing on light motor vehicle repairs.
