Vaishali Jhala

Vaishali Jhala has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2011.

In 2011, they became a Recruitment Consultant at IMS Empresaria. From 2012 to 2021, they held various roles at Sibridge Technologies, PerfectVIPs and Teksun Inc. In 2022, they began their current role as Head Of Human Resources at FERO.Ai, where they are responsible for providing workflow automation and visibility in the fragmented space of the Logistics Business Functions and Logistics Management.

Vaishali Jhala completed their primary school education from Srirajñi Primary School between 1988 and 1997. Vaishali then attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1998 to 2000. From 2001 to 2004, they attended D.Z.Patel Secondary High School, where they completed their high school degree in Science. Vaishali then went on to earn their Bachlors in Information Science from Sardar Patel University between 2006 and 2009. Finally, they obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Advanced Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth in 2011. Additionally, Vaishali Jhala has obtained certifications from LinkedIn and Lynda.com, including HR and Digital Transformation, HR as a Business Partner, and Linkedin Recruiter Expert, in 2021 and 2019 respectively.
