Tim Padden is the current Director of Business Development at Ferrandino & Son. Prior to this, they were Regional Account Manager at Forest Laboratories from February 2002 to January 2015. There, they worked with Top Managed Care Organizations and Health Systems across the country to provide patient access to the company's product portfolio. Tim was successful in negotiating contracts, building relationships with internal and external customers, creating sales tactics and strategies from statistical analysis, and communicating and collaborating with all levels from C-Suite to Clinical Pharmacists. Tim successfully managed a Product Portfolio that included 10 actively promoted products (including the launch of 6 products). During their time at Forest Laboratories, they successfully negotiated/renegotiated over 20+ contracts and amendments for products in a preferred position, influenced many Health Plans to "advantage" our products without the ability to directly reimburse the plan, successfully partnered with Pharmacy Directors, Medical Directors, Directors of Quality and Efficiency to find mutually beneficial outcomes for our clinical portfolio, and influenced key Specialists – Pulmonologists, Gastroenterologists, and Psychiatrists to lend verbal and written support to Directors of Pharmacy for placing our products on formulary.

Tim Padden has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University and also attended Bishop Kenrick.
