Adeel Khan

Adeel Khan's work experience begins in 2009 as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University, where they contributed to the development of a synthetic for spinal cord injury. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Kellogg Company as an Assistant Food Technologist, leading the scale-up of new innovations and launching a brand new category of hot cereal. Adeel then moved on to become an Associate Food Technologist at the Kellogg's Omaha Plant, where they managed R&D projects and initiatives, and led a taskforce to reduce inventory write-offs. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Food Technologist at Kellogg Company, supporting initiatives in the North America Supply Chain and leading a network optimization project. Starting in 2017, Adeel worked as a Global Lead Food Technologist at Kellogg Company, leading international growth and expansion projects. Adeel then joined McKinsey & Company in 2019 as an Engagement Manager, where they managed client relationships and coached senior clients in deploying manufacturing work systems. In 2022, Adeel was appointed as the Senior Director - Strategy & New Business Development at Ferrara, working at the Office of the CEO.

Adeel Khan attended Purdue University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engineering/Industrial Management. Prior to that, they studied at Western Michigan University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition, they obtained a certification in Global Management from Arizona State University in 2016.
