Jackie Thomas

Jackie Thomas has extensive work experience in finance and procurement. Jackie most recently worked at Ferrara as the Sr Director of Procurement Center of Excellence. In this role, they led a team and collaborated with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Logistics.

Prior to Ferrara, Jackie worked at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions as the North American Controller. Jackie managed the accounting and finance for multiple legal entities and oversaw financial audits and developed procurement and accounts payable functions.

Before HGS, Jackie held various roles at Aryzta, including Division Vice President of Procurement and New Product Costing Finance, Senior Finance Director of Regional Controller, and Division Controller of Great Kitchens. Jackie was responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, and IT system administration, and managing geographically dispersed teams.

Additionally, Jackie worked at The Mx Group as the Corporate Controller, where they directed corporate finance and oversaw data for tax returns and transitioned to a new banking provider. Jackie also worked at ConAgra Foods as the Trade Finance Controller for Dairy & Refrigerated Foods Groups and at Tyson Foods as the Regional Controller for Tyson Prepared Foods Group and Division Controller for Tyson Foods Hospitality Division.

Throughout their career, Jackie has demonstrated strong financial management skills and experience in leading teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Jackie Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Business Policy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jackie also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. In 2018, they started studying Procurement Professional Skills and Training at the Procurement Academy/Skill Dynamics, where they are expected to graduate in 2022. Jackie has additional certifications in Teamwork Fundamentals and Communication Fundamentals, both obtained from Lynda.com in 2016. Jackie is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy since 1991.
