Andrea Oliva

Andrea Oliva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the Commercial & Marketing Department at Ferrari since January 2016, overseeing HR functions for both the headquarters and all subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Roche from April 2009 to January 2016 in positions including HR Organization & Development Manager and HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes serving as HR Consultant Coordinator at Nokia Siemens Networks and various HR roles at Siemens from 2001 to 2007, including HR Business Partner and HR Development & Compensation Manager. Andrea holds a degree in Political Sciences, Economics, and Law from Università degli Studi di Milano and completed the Marketing Champions Programme at INSEAD in 2015.
