Akhilesh Kaul

Akhilesh Kaul currently serves as the Head of HR for Support Functions in the UK and Ireland at Ferrero, effective August 2023, overseeing all people-related initiatives for 11 functions. Prior to this role, Akhilesh spent nearly eight years at Tata Consumer Products, where career progression included Vice President & HR Business Partner for India Sales, overseeing comprehensive HR domains, and leading global initiatives in rewards and performance management. Previously, Akhilesh held several HR leadership positions at Cipla Ltd., Infosys, and Aricent Technologies, building expertise in compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR systems. Academic qualifications include a PMIR degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, a General Management & Leadership Development program from SDA Bocconi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
