Isabel Hochgesand

Isabel Hochgesand currently serves as the Chief Procurement & Hazelnut Company Officer at Ferrero, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Isabel held the role of Chief Procurement Officer at Beiersdorf from August 2017 to November 2023. Isabel's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble includes several leadership positions, such as Supply Chain Leader DACH and Global Director Purchasing for Pampers, Always, and Paper. Isabel played a key role in establishing the Purchasing organization focused on marketing and media within Procter & Gamble over a ten-year span. Isabel's educational background includes an MBA from Clark University and a Vordiplom in Business Administration from Universität Trier. Additional studies are being pursued at IMD since December 2021.
