Serge Nal

Serge Nal is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and operations sector, currently serving as Global Industrial Head at Ferrero International since April 2024, overseeing a network of 41 factories across 21 countries. Previously, Serge held the position of VP Global Operations for Purina GSBU at Nestlé Purina North America, managing operations for 46 factories in 20 countries from April 2020 to April 2024. Additional experience includes roles as European Technical Director for Nestlé Purina PetCare, where six factories were managed, and various managerial positions at Nestlé focused on dairy and confectionery production. Serge began their career at Mars and served in the French Army. Serge holds an engineering degree from Centrale Lyon, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
