Dawn Locicero

Dawn LoCicero, MBA, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards for the US at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes a decade at Laureate International Universities, where multiple roles were undertaken, culminating in Executive Director of Total Rewards.
