Mahesh Yadav

Mahesh Yadav is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Associate Director and Site Engineering Head at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since December 2021, Mahesh leads a team of over 30 personnel, overseeing plant maintenance, project management, and utility operations. Prior experience includes the role of Site Engineering Head at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where Mahesh managed a team of more than 100 and coordinated facility modifications and operational excellence. Additional roles include managerial positions at REXAM HTW Beverage Can (India) Ltd, 3M India Ltd, and Lupin Limited, where Mahesh demonstrated expertise in electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and control systems. Mahesh holds an Executive MBA in Operations and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology.
