Nathali Fri Lykke Pladsbjerg

Nathali Fri Lykke Pladsbjerg is a Global Clinical Training Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, responsible for the development and implementation of global training and governance strategies within the Global Clinical Development area since February 2022. Prior to this, Nathali served as a Customer Success Manager at Risma Systems, providing consultancy in governance, risk management, and compliance. Nathali has also held various roles at Novo Nordisk, including Training Developer and Training Developer Intern, where responsibilities spanned training project management and support for research and development training initiatives. Additional experiences include freelance positions in branding and communications, a managerial role at Ritter Sport, and leadership positions within AIESEC focusing on human resources and talent management. Nathali holds multiple degrees, including qualifications from Macquarie Business School and Yale University, along with a background in communication from Aalborg University.
