Iris Phillips Carbajal

Iris Phillips Carbajal possesses extensive experience in organizational development and training, currently serving as Coordinator of Organizational Processes and Compensation at FERROMEX since May 2021. Previously, Iris held the position of Head of Training and Organizational Development at the same company. As an Independent Consultant in Organizational Development since December 2013, Iris has also worked as Training Coordinator at Intermodal México SA de CV from January 2014 to January 2023 and as a Development Organizational Trainer at FINSOL between April 2007 and November 2013, focusing on high potential development programs. Iris holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from INESPO and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
