Thilo Werner has worked for various companies since 2010. Thilo began their career as a Bachelor Thesis Student at imec in 2010, followed by a Student Researcher at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and a Master Thesis Student at imec. In 2014, they became a PhD student at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives. In 2017, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at imec. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Infineon Technologies as a Senior Staff Engineer embedded NVM and a Product Engineer embedded NVM. Currently, they are a Principal Device Engineer AI at the Ferroelectric Memory Company.
Thilo Werner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Materials Science from TU Bergakademie Freiberg from 2007 to 2010. Thilo then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Materials Science from the same institution from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Materialwissenschaften from KU Leuven from 2012 to 2013.
