Dave Ritzenthaler

Dave Ritzenthaler has a strong background in tax management and consulting. Dave currently serves as the US Head of Tax at Ferroglobe PLC, where they oversee all US corporate tax matters. In previous roles, they worked as a Federal, State, and International Tax Consultant at DMR CONSULTING, a Senior Tax Manager at TD SYNNEX, and the Interim Global Director of Tax at Unispace. Dave has also held tax management positions at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., Cardinal Health, Schottenstein Stores Corporation, Arthur Andersen, and Borden, Inc. Throughout their career, Dave has gained extensive experience in income tax compliance, tax provision review, international tax planning, and IRS matters.

Dave Ritzenthaler holds a Master's degree in Taxation, which they obtained from the Lubar College of Business from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1980 and 1983. In addition to their formal education, Dave Ritzenthaler also obtained a CPA certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in June 1986.
