José Manuel Míguez Novoa

José Manuel Míguez Novoa currently serves as the Plant Manager at Silicio Ferrrosolar since 2002, directly reporting to the CEO. In addition, José Manuel has been a Project Manager at Ferroglobe PLC since November 2017, overseeing a production and R&D team as part of the HVP project, reporting directly to the EVP of Production Planning, Technology and R&D. Previous experience includes a role as a Project Engineer at FerroAtlantica from August 2002 to November 2008, reporting to the Director General of Ferroatlantica I+D. José Manuel holds an MBA in Operations Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, as well as completing the Executive Development Program at IESE Business School.
