Natalia Díaz-Meco Niño has a strong background in human resources with experience in various companies such as Ferroglobe PLC, Wincor Nixdorf, Orange, Amena/Grupo Auna, BT, and AT&T. Natalia holds post-graduate degrees in Personnel & Human Resources and Human Resources, as well as a Licentiate Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Granada. Currently, Natalia serves as People & Culture Director in Spain at Ferroglobe PLC.
