Shauna Brock

HR Business Partner at Ferrotec

Shauna Brock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shauna started their career at Comcast in 2005 as a Workforce Management Associate, where they managed call flow and troubleshooted complex problems with customers. Shauna then advanced to the position of Coordinator 2, Technical Product Sales Support, where they demonstrated mastery of customer service management systems and databases and initiated operations improvements.

In 2014, Shauna joined Praxair as a Customer Service Administrator, overseeing daily office operations and developing a reputation for efficient service provision. Shauna then moved on to Freedom CAD Services, Inc. in 2015, serving as a Sales & Manufacturing Administrator, fulfilling customer requests for quotations and managing company social media pages.

In 2016, Shauna had two brief stints at Graphic Packaging International, first as a Customer Advocate-Temp, where they processed purchase orders and managed on-time shipments, and then at Ferrotec, where they took on the role of Customer Service Representative III, providing procurement and planning support to suppliers.

Since 2019, Shauna has been working at Ferrotec in various HR roles. Shauna started as an HR Administrative Assistant, responsible for data entry, report preparation, and personnel record updates. Recently, they transitioned to the position of HR Business Partner, where they utilize their HR expertise to support the organization.

Shauna Brock attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2017 where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
