Carlo Palasciano Villamagna

Born in 1959, he graduated in Law in 1983 at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome where, in 1990, he completed a specialization course in “International Taxation”.

Since October 2021 he has been Chief International Officer of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group.

Since June 2021 he has been Chief Transformation Officer of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group.

From November 2014 to July 2020 he took on the role of Enel Country Manager for Russia and CEO of Enel Russia , an electricity production company, listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange, consolidating its position in the Russian wholesale power generation market and at the same time implementing important investments in technical modernization and environmental improvement, in particular by supporting the birth of renewable energies in Russia, also by winning important wind capacity tenders.
