Luca Torchia

He was Head of Investor Relations of the Poste Italiane Group from March 2015 to May 2017, with responsibility for managing relations with national and international institutional investors, both equity - including the so-called SRI, "socially responsible" institutional investors - and fixed Income; with financial analysts and rating agencies. In this context, he worked on the development of the Group's equity story, as well as managing meetings between top management and the financial community, also through global roadshows. In particular, from March to October 2015, he managed the various phases of origination, investor targeting, pre-marketing and marketing, of the privatization process and consequent IPO of Poste Italiane, with roles of responsibility and coordination.
