Stratos Kapatsos

Stratos Kapatsos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stratos is currently employed at Ferryhopper as a CRM Manager, a role they started in November 2022. Additionally, they are the Founder of yourtutor.gr, a position they have held since July 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Stratos worked at Public Group from September 2019 to November 2022. Stratos first served as a CRM & Loyalty Specialist and later advanced to the position of Senior CRM & Loyalty Specialist.

Before their time at Public Group, Stratos gained experience at Media Markt Hellas where they worked as a CRM & Loyalty Coordinator from June 2018 to September 2019. Stratos also held the role of Loyalty agent from December 2017 to May 2018.

Stratos began their career at Grape Mag. as a Personal Assistant to the Director, a position they held from December 2016 to November 2017. Stratos then joined WIND Hellas as a Customer Service Sales Representative from October 2015 to November 2016.

Stratos'searliest work experience was at Teleperformance, where they served as a Customer Care Representative from December 2014 to August 2015.

Stratos Kapatsos holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, which they obtained during the years 2008-2013. In addition, they have pursued several professional diploma courses from the same university. These include a Professional Diploma in Data Analysis (2021), a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (2019-2020), and a Professional Diploma in Web Development- HTML5 - CSS & JavaScript (2019-2020).
