Allison Love

Allison Love has extensive work experience in the field of product development and engineering. Allison currently holds the position of Chief Product Engineering Officer at Fertilis. Prior to this role, they worked at Genea Biomedx as the Director of Product Development from May 2018 to October 2021, and before that, they were the Program Manager / PMO Lead from June 2017 to May 2018. Allison also worked at Leica Biosystems as a Program Manager from April 2014 to June 2017. Allison gained experience as a Project Manager at Grey Innovation from October 2012 to April 2014, and as a Project Leader / Senior Mechanical Engineer at Invetech from September 2009 to October 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Varian, Inc. as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer from 2004 to 2009, and at Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited as a Mechanical Engineer from 2002 to 2004. Overall, Allison has a diverse background in engineering and product development, with a strong focus on leadership and management roles.

Allison Love has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Accredited MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Practitioner from Codarra Advanced Systems in April 2017 and Accredited Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management from the same institution in September 2015.
