Alex C Varghese

Alex Varghese currently serves as the Group Scientific Director at Fertility Associates and holds the position of Scientific Director at both Sophea Fertility Centre and Sunfert International Fertility Centre. Alongside these roles, Alex is an adjunct faculty member in MSc Clinical Embryology at Gunasheela Fertility Centre and JSS University. Alex's previous experience includes serving as the Scientific Director and Chief Embryologist at CRAFT Hospital & Research Centre, which specialized in IVF services, and as Scientific Director at ASTRA Fertility Group in Canada. Earlier positions include roles at CRAFT Hospital & Research Centre, Montreal Reproductive Centre, AMRI Medical Center in India, and a postdoctoral research fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. Alex holds a PhD in Assisted Reproductive Technology from the University of Calcutta and a Master's degree in Microbiology from M.G University.
