Adam Weisel

Adam Weisel is a Senior Research Scientist at Fesarius Therapeutics, specializing in the development of composite hydrogel scaffolds for neotissue formation and wound healing, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, Adam serves as a Doctoral Researcher at The City College of New York, focusing on injectable, cellulosic-based hydrogels for soft tissue applications. Past experiences include positions as a Research Associate at Rutgers University, where Adam improved multiscale computational models, and as an Engineering Intern at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at The City College of New York.
