Anil Rao

Anil Rao has a diverse work experience, starting as an Operations Management Trainee at Nestle S.A. and later becoming a Production Supervisor. Anil then moved to A.T. Kearney as a Senior Associate before joining AlixPartners, where they held roles as Vice President and then Senior Vice President. Currently, they are the Vice President of Food & Beverage at Palace Entertainment, leading a $90M+ business across multiple locations and overseeing various key responsibilities such as menu development, franchise partnerships, and M&A activities.

Anil Rao earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
