Cassandra Buss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Cassandra began their career at Walgreens as a Customer Service Team Lead in May 2016, before moving on to PNC as a Business Banking Specialist in December 2016. In 2018, they joined Vivid Seats LLC as a Quality Control Investigations/Risk Specialist, where they conducted research, resolved escalations, and provided guidance to customer support agents. In 2019, Cassandra worked at Uber as a C360 Escalations/Investigations role, where they triaged and resolved complex issues on driver accounts, communicated with multiple teams, and contributed to procedural improvements. Their most recent role, starting in November 2020, has been as a Fraud Analyst at Fetch.
