Finch Bertram has a diverse work experience in the field of fraud analysis and customer support. They most recently worked at Fetch as a Fraud Communications Coordinator. Prior to that, they held positions at Venmo as a Fraud Analyst and a Customer Support Specialist. They also worked at Vivid Seats LLC as a Fraud Analyst and a Seller Services Representative. Their earliest work experience was as an Office Assistant at the Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence. Throughout their roles, Finch gained expertise in reviewing and analyzing patterns of fraudulent activity, corresponding with customers to investigate fraud cases, providing customer support, and maintaining accurate data records.

Finch Bertram obtained an Associates of Art degree in English from Harold Washington College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
