Haley Giunta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Haley started their career as a Tournament Director at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they successfully organized international debate tournaments and managed a team of staff members. Haley then worked as a Barista and later became a Shift Team Lead at Rook Coffee, where they excelled in overseeing daily operations and training staff. Haley also gained experience as a Management Trainee at Enterprise, where they implemented policy changes and improved customer service. Haley then transitioned to a role as a Data Management Specialist at DatamanUSA, LLC, where they navigated HIPAA protected information and processed data efficiently. Haley further developed their data management skills as a Lab Investigator and Lab Analyst at AM LLC, where they trained staff and ensured successful implementation of protocols. Haley then worked at Community Health Centers of Burlington, initially as an Interim Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CFO, and later as an Administrative Assistant. In these roles, they handled a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, meeting management, budgeting, and event planning. Most recently, Haley joined Fetch as a Data Integrity Specialist and is currently in the role. Haley Giunta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Prior to attending college, Haley obtained a High School Diploma in Marine Sciences from the Marine Academy of Science and Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Advanced Management Training from Eazl in November 2022 and as a Notary Public from Vermont OPR in May 2022.
