Krystina Weems began their work experience as a Front Desk Clerk at Dave & Buster's Inc. in October 2014, where they worked until January 2016. In June 2015, they started working as a Freelance Graphic Designer, creating digital images using Adobe Illustrator, meeting with clients to present mockups, and making adjustments based on their feedback.

In August 2021, Krystina became a New Hire Mentor at Verizon, where they organized supplementary materials for training, addressed employee turnover issues, and monitored participants' progress. In October 2021, they took on the role of Customer Service Advocate at Verizon, resolving complex customer issues and complaints, implementing policies, and providing feedback for performance improvement. Krystina continued in this role until September 2022.

From October 2021 to September 2022, Krystina also worked as a Customer Support Coordinator at Verizon, handling escalations, coordinating workflows, and ensuring team efficiency.

In October 2021, Krystina also became a Co-Owner at Suga Mamas Artisan Cotton Candy. Krystina'sresponsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, conducting market research, aligning branding initiatives and sales strategies with client goals.

Most recently, in August 2022, they joined Fetch Rewards as a Data Integrity Specialist.

Krystina Weems attended the University of South Carolina from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design and Visual Communications, with a focus on general studies in this field.
