Nicol Francis (she/her)

Nicol Francis, MBA (she/her), has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Their most recent role was as the Sr. Director of People Operations at Fetch, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to that, Nicol held the position of Director of People Operations at Fetch from May 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Fetch, they worked at Numerator as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from October 2019 to June 2021. At Numerator, they also held roles as the HR Manager for North America from August 2018 to October 2019 and as an HR Business Partner from May 2018 to August 2018. From December 2013 to February 2018, Nicol worked at RL Canning as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Danaher as an HR Generalist/Compensation Analyst from March 2012 to December 2013. Nicol began their career at Rockwell Collins as a Sr. HR Generalist from June 2006 to February 2010. Additionally, they completed an International MBA Program at Swansea University from March 2010 to January 2012, where they focused on finance/accounting with elective courses in HR.

Nicol Francis, MBA (she/her) obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Swansea University in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Mount Mercy University and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa. In addition to their educational qualifications, Nicol also holds certifications as a SHRM-CP from SHRM, obtained in February 2015, and as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in May 2012.
