Michael Skrzypiec has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career in 2011 as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Anderson Instrument Company. In 2012, they joined Nestlé where they completed a five-year program focused on operations and engineering management, gaining exposure and experience in different factories and positions. During this time, they worked on projects centered around analyzing business and people data to achieve company goals.

In 2016, Michael joined Skyy Analytics as a Data Consultant, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Michael then moved on to Loeb.nyc in 2018, initially working as a Business Analyst before being promoted to Director of Business Intelligence in 2019. In both roles, they contributed to data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Most recently, Michael joined Fetch Rewards in 2021 as a Senior Analytics Engineer, responsible for utilizing their expertise to support the company's analytics needs. In April 2022, they were promoted to the role of Technical Manager, overseeing the analytics engineering team.

Michael Skrzypiec obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2008 and 2012. In 2017, they completed a Data Science Intensive program at Springboard. Michael also holds several additional certifications, including "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python (Part 2)" and "Principles of Computing (Part 2)" from Coursera Verified Certificates, which they obtained in August 2015. Michael also completed certifications in "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python (Part 1)" and "Principles of Computing (Part 1)" in July 2015. Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in "R Programming" in May 2015. Michael has also pursued various courses in data analysis, visualization, and Python programming from Dataquest.io, although the specific completion dates for these certifications are not available.
