Carter Londagin

Carter Londagin is the current Director of Operations at Fetch. Prior to this, they held the position of Prime Now Operations Manager at Amazon from September 2018 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the Houston and San Antonio Amazon Prime Now warehouses with a workforce of 400+ hourly employees, 8 assistant managers, and 3 exempt leaders. Carter was also responsible for driving daily multi-site operational success through training and developing direct reports and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Some of their accomplishments in this role include standardizing all common operating procedures and procedures leading to sustained record KPI metrics, conducting deep-dive analysis of SKU / ASIN data using SQL to determine optimized product placement resulting in savings of ~26,000 labor hours, and establishing relationships with Corporate resources to get buy-in for corporate Operations Infrastructure team to develop new SKUs / ASINs handling process resulting in 40% increase of productivity and savings of ~$500K.

Carter Londagin's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management as well as a degree from Grove High School.
