Art Neilson

Art Neilson is an experienced professional in the foodservice and real estate sectors, currently serving as the District Sales Manager and Area Manager at Performance Foodservice since October 2018. As the owner of The Doughbro, an artisan bakery, since March 2017, Art has combined entrepreneurial spirit with culinary expertise gained from The Culinary Institute of America. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Gordon Food Service, Territory Manager at US Foods, and Gourmet Foods and Specialty Imports Specialist at Sysco. Earlier positions also feature work as a Marketing Associate at Edward Don & Company and Regional Sales Representative. Art holds an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts and an Associate's Degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management.
