Ashley S.

Ashley S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ashley is currently working as the Director, People Partner at FEV Tutor since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AutoWeb, Inc. as the Director of People Operations from October 2019. Ashley also held the positions of Senior People and Culture Partner and People and Culture Partner within the same company. In these roles, they provided people guidance to multidisciplinary leaders and team members, supported talent development, performance management, and employee relations, and managed mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining AutoWeb, Inc., Ashley worked at Bankers Financial Corporation as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they delivered HR management and counsel to leaders and team members, developed and implemented policies, training, and processes.

Prior to that, Ashley worked at Target as a Human Resources Operations Manager from 2012 to 2017. Ashley directed HR leadership, served as the primary point of contact for HR issues, and oversaw recruitment, training, talent development, and regulatory compliance in a district of 11 stores.

Additionally, Ashley had a long tenure at The Melting Pot Restaurants where they served as the General Manager/National Research and Development Coordinator from 2000 to 2012. Ashley also gained experience as a Student Researcher at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in 2006.

Ashley S. has a diverse education history. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from the University of South Florida. They also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Chemistry from the same institution. Furthermore, Ashley S. pursued their academic journey and completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of South Florida. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ashley S. holds certifications as a Predictive Index Practitioner, obtained in June 2018, and as a SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional), obtained in May 2017.
