Katie Clabby

Katie Clabby has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Katie is currently the Chief People Officer at FEV Tutor, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Robinhood as the Director of People Operations from May 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Robinhood, Katie spent a significant portion of their career at McKinsey & Company. Their roles at McKinsey included Director of People Operations, Americas from May 2019 to May 2021, where they led a large team across HR, Recruiting, and Talent. Additionally, they served as the Global Onboarding Process Transformation Lead from December 2018 to May 2019, leading the employee experience design and implementation of a new global pre Day 1 onboarding process.

Katie also held the position of Learning Design Manager, Global Design & Development Center of Excellence from April 2010 to November 2018 at McKinsey. In this role, they led the creation of training and coaching programs for the firm and worked closely with firm leadership to identify learning needs and recruit and train faculty.

Early in their career, Katie worked as an Associate Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 2008 to March 2010, where they contributed to various strategy, process improvement, and organizational studies for clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Before joining McKinsey, Katie was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from September 2003 to June 2006. In this role, they worked on strategic planning projects for a leading healthcare nonprofit.
